Just a typical Saturday - Lifestyle By Amans Brindled

A typical Saturday includes diverse and eclectic activities that parallel my life.

After a homemade breakfast of three over med eggs with a 1/2 serving of Black Forest Ham, Marble Rye Avocado Toast drizzled with Pink Salt & Olive Oil, a diluted cup of juice and coffee it was off to stop 1 of 3.

My passion for fashion goes back to my youth.  My Dad was a dapper man who made it clear that dressing neat, clean and fashionable was part of being a "gentleman" and I took that lesson to heart.  I still have cuff links that he owned.

With that being said it was off to Fashion Retailer Lord and Taylor in the Quaker Bridge Mall for the Charity Days Event benefiting the American Cancer Society.  Acting as Emcee for the Children's Fashion Show, I was delighted to see the children walk the runway wearing clothing by Iris & Ivy, Ralph Lauren, Adidas and others.

Have a listen to the PSA I produced for the event.

Stop 2 was a physical chore, stacking a cord of wood of course with proper clean up!  On the East Coast in NJ, this time of the year is prep-time for the winter.  Kudos to homeowner who prepares annually this way.

Then it was off to the stop 3 for the Trenton Peoples Book Fair hosted by The Orchid Group at The Orchid House.  Educational offerings, local, organic produce and "nachos" were available along with dozens of books and live music.

Have a look and listen to the Trenton 365 Show interview with Elijah, Jamil and Nicole.
